Acne

Acne is not just a problem for teenagers, it can affect people from ages 10 through 50. It is not unusual for women, in particular, to develop acne in their mid-to-late 20’s, even if they have not had breakouts in years (or ever). Acne can appear as any of the following;

  • • Congested pores,
  • • Whiteheads,
  • • Blackheads,
  • • Pimples,
  • • Pustules, or
  • • Cysts (deep pimples).

These blemishes occur wherever there are many oil (sebaceous) glands, mainly on the face, chest, and back. While you can do a lot to treat your acne using products available at a drugstore or cosmetic counter, (that do not require a prescription), for tougher cases of acne, you should consult a physician.

At Jeunesse, our doctors can assess your skin type, and determine a range of options best suited to your lifestyle, age and budget to deal with all types of skin problems.

Our Options include:

Deep cleansing treatments
Microdermabrasion
Chemical peels
Light based therapy
• A good range of skincare products – including prescription only options
Mineral Makeup

A consultation is only $60 – which will get you on the way towards having clear and healthy skin quickly – before you waste any more time and money on a myriad of over the counter options that have had limited effect for you up until now.
