New Patients

As a first time visitor to Jeunesse MedSpa^®, it’s your opportunity to meet one of our expert treatment providers and to establish rapport. We require you to complete a form regarding your prior medical history before the consultation.

During your 45 minute initial consultation,  you will be given opportunity to discuss your present problem and goals, have a full evaluation and treatment planning session. This includes an evaluation so we can review your previous treatment experiences, make sure you are  sufficiently educated to make informed decisions, and create your personalised treatment options to address  your concerns. 

You will have opportunity to ask questions. We suggest you start a list of these as they come to mind; physical restrictions after treatment, recovery time, concerns regarding planned travel, events or vacations, etc.

The consultation fee is $150 with our doctor and $100 with our cosmetic nurse which is credited  to your account and can be used for any treatment or product purchased from us within 3 months of the initial consultation. Our skin therapists are free of charge.  A staged treatment plan is established which includes the exact treatment and products to be used, the interval between treatment and the cost.

If after the consultation you decide to move forward with your procedure, we encourage you to read all the written information given to you before scheduling any treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We realise that sometimes it is necessary for you to change or cancel your appointment.  Out of courtesy to other patients who are waiting for an appointment and to our staff, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.

Jeunesse MedSpa^® reserves the right to request your credit card details (these are held securely on a PCI compliant third party platform).  Failing to show up to your appointment, arriving more than 10 minutes late, cancelling or changing your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, may result in an immediate charge to your card, equal to your consultation price (for consultation appointments) or a minimum $100 fee (for all other appointments).
