Osmosis has created the first non-acid “peel” in the skincare industry. Instead of wounding the skin with acid, the Osmosis Facial Infusion gently resurfaces the epidermis using retinaldehyde, a more potent but gentler form of Vitamin A, to encourage cellular renewal. Safe for any skin condition and all skin types. It aims is to repair damaged DNA in the skin by speeding up the production of proteins and antioxidants, which help to rejuvenate your skin cells from inside-out.

What is it?

An Osmosis infusion is a customised facial using a selection of ingredients to suit your skin type and address your skin concerns. It uses a combination of pure retinaldehyde, niacinamide (vitamin B3) and CQ10 (reduces free radical damage) combined with 27 other ingredients to correct dullness and boost hydration.

How does it work?

The treatment begins with a cleansing process to remove make up, followed by a polishing mask , and the addition of active powder blends based on the your skin together with infusion solution . It is applied to the skin for 8 to 10- minutes with repeated application of warm towels and massage to help increase the penetration. Finally a soothing gel is applied followed by a moisturiser and sunscreen.

What to expect?

It’s a perfect lunch time treatment and you find your skin immediately smoother , more radiant and luminous. Over the next few days you may experience a mild flaking due to increased cell turnover.
It’s perfect before an event, or special occasion and the effects of a single treatment lasts a few weeks leaving your skin looking smooth , hydrated and glowing. For optimal results a course of treatments is recommended.

What preparation do I need?

You will need to be using medical grade skin care for at least 4 weeks before having this treatment. If you are not on medical grade skin care, your first step is to book in for a skin assessment.
